Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
• Hijabs, undercaps, and accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Gift cards (non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable).
• Final Sale Items: Items marked down 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item with relevant details and photos, if applicable.
How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number.
• Reason for return.
• Photos of the item (if applicable).
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team requires 5-7 business days to inspect and process the return or exchange. This timeframe may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Elayna the Label will cover return shipping costs.
Change of Mind or Other Returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
